We design and manufacture products built for strength, reliability, and real-world adventure. Every TuffAnt product is backed by a warranty that gives you confidence in your purchase. 

Our warranty covers the major categories of products we sell, with some product-specific terms where relevant. 

 

1. General Warranty Terms (Applies to All Products) 

• Coverage Period: All TuffAnt products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise stated. 

• Who’s Covered: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. 

• Repair or Replacement: TuffAnt may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product. 

• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover freight costs, removal, installation, reinstallation, or consequential damages (e.g., vehicle damage caused by product failure). 

• What Voids the Warranty: 

• Misuse, neglect, abuse, or unreasonable use (including overloading) 

• Improper installation or fitment not performed in line with instructions 

• Modification of the product 

• Damage from accident, impact, transit, or poor maintenance 

• Use of harsh chemicals or cleaning methods 

• Products used outside intended design scope (e.g., wheels in motorsport/competition; RockSliders used for jacking when not rated; TPMS outside manufacturer guidelines) 

• Third-Party Services: Warranty does not cover work or modifications or repairs by third parties unless written approval is provided in advance. 

 
2. Product-Specific Notes 

Wheels 

• Backed by TuffAnt Purchase Guarantee for fitment assurance (see below). 

• Warranty excludes impact damage (e.g., curb strike, potholes, rocks, corrugations). 

 

RockSliders, Underbody Armour & BullBar 

• Designed and tested for off-road protection under normal conditions. 

• Warranty excludes damage caused by impact beyond normal off-road use (e.g., dropping vehicle weight onto the slider, collision damage). 

• Must be installed per instructions - incorrect fitment voids warranty. 

Rear Tray & Structural Accessories 

• Warranty excludes load damage where vehicle GVM or product-specific weight ratings are exceeded. 

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) from use is not covered. 

Rear Calliper Upgrade 

• Designed to allow fitment of approved TuffAnt 18" rims to some New Defenders. 

• Covered for 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship under normal on-road and off-road conditions. 

• Warranty excludes: 

• Damage to other vehicle parts if a calliper fails (warranty applies only to the calliper itself) 

• Labour charges for removal, installation, or replacement by third parties 

• Use outside intended purpose (e.g., racing, competition, or overloading) 

• Corrosion or damage caused by improper maintenance or use of harsh chemicals 

• Incorrect fitment or modification of brake components 

• ADR Approval only for TuffAnt Rims and TuffAnt Supplied Callipers 

 

Electronic Products (e.g., TPMS) 

• Covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. 

• Warranty excludes battery failure (as batteries are considered consumables). 

• Warranty void if exposed to moisture, incorrect installation, or non-approved modifications. 

Small Accessories (jack adapters, alloy wheel fitters, wheel caps, etc.) 

• Covered against manufacturing defects only. 

• Cosmetic wear and tear or incorrect use not covered. 

 

3. TuffAnt Purchase Guarantee (Wheels Only) 

We guarantee that every set of TuffAnt wheels purchased as per the approved wheel list for each model will fit your vehicle. 

• If your wheels do not fit, we will replace them or refund you in full. 

• Conditions: applies to unused wheels only, must be returned with all packaging, nuts, caps, and boxes in “as new” condition. 

• Excludes: change of mind, tyre/fitment costs, or associated purchases. 

 

4. Care & Maintenance 

Our TuffAnt products are built tough, but proper care extends their life: 

• Wash regularly with mild soap and water (especially after beach driving). 

• Avoid harsh cleaners, caustics, and abrasives. 

• Dry with a soft cloth or chamois. 

• Inspect regularly for damage, corrosion, or loose fittings. 

 

5. Important Notes 

• All TuffAnt products are designed not to interfere with your vehicle’s genuine manufacturer warranty and carry the necessary ADR and associated approvals. 

• Please ensure your vehicle is not overloaded and remains within GVM limits at all times. 

• Off-road driving places extreme demands on your vehicle and accessories - warranty covers defects, but not overloading or impact damage.
